Fréjus, a seaside resort in the heart of the Côte d’Azur, is a town with lots of art and culture, both traditional and modern, located between Cannes and Saint-Tropez. Steeped in history, Fréjus (Forum Julii, the town’s Roman name) is also a city of art and culture. There you can find beautiful monuments, such as its arenas, amphitheatre (one of the largest in Gaul), the ruins of the thermal baths, an aqueduct and even the Porte des Gaules. You can also visit more recent constructions, such as the chapel designed by Jean Cocteau in 1961.
